If you would like to return a product, please let us know within 30 days from the date of the invoice. We will issue you a Return Authorization Number. Then, ship the item(s) to the address below via insured mail, UPS, or any other traceable method, and simply fill out the return information on the back of the tracking slip with refund or exchange instructions and include it in your return package. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Delivery
Shipping charges are for each address and are determined by each item's weight and package dimensions. In-stock orders placed by 5 p.m. ET should arrive in 7-10 business days. Items ordered together will not necessarily be shipped together. If an item is temporarily unavailable, we will give you an estimated delivery date and notify you of any delay over 20 days in shipping. Orders to APO and FPO addresses ship Parcel Post. Foreign deliveries (including to Canada) are not currently available at this time. Some oversized items may require additional delivery charges, indicated in parentheses (AD) following the description and item price.*

Rush Delivery
For an additional $15 per address, we can ship most deliveries to arrive in 2-3 business days. There are additional charges for orders with multiple boxes, large or bulky items, and shipments to Hawaii and Alaska. Rush delivery is not available to APO/FPO addresses, or PO boxes. Overnight delivery is available to most locations in the continental U.S. Please call Customer Service at 703 502-3405 for details.

Sales Tax
A Sales tax of 4.5% will be added to all orders placed by Virginia residents through Great Handmade Gifts.
